Grand Theft Auto VI: An Extended Look Coming August 27 to Netflix and YouTube

Rockstar Games has announced an extended look at GTA 6 will premiere on Netflix on August 27th before launching on YouTube and the official site later that day!

I'm not going to claim I saw this coming... but I did sort of predict this....

Anyway! Rockstar Games have published their first GTA 6 update since the pre-orders went live. In it, they have announced that "an extended look" at Grand Theft Auto VI will premiere on Netflix on August 27th.

To me, this sounds like it will be an extra long gameplay video with narration, possibly more like a documentary! It could also give a background to the story similar to GTA San Andreas' "The Introduction". Either way it's EXCITING!

New artwork has also been released on the official website, as well as a teaser video announcing the Netflix special reveal.

Rockstar Games confirmed to us that the video would launch exclusively on Netflix at 3 PM ET (that's 8 PM UK time), before launching on YouTube and the official GTA 6 website 6 hours later at 9 PM ET (3 AM UK time the next day).

Grand Theft Auto VI: An Extended Look will premiere on Netflix Thursday, August 27 at 3 p.m. ET and will also launch on the official Rockstar Games YouTube channel and the Grand Theft Auto VI site at 9 p.m. ET on August 27.
