Rockstar Officially Announces GTA VI Original Score by Justice, Coming December 11
Rockstar Games has officially announced the Grand Theft Auto VI Original Score by Justice, confirming its December 11 release, 30 tracks, bonus music and three physical editions, including limited-edition crystal-clear vinyl.
Rockstar Games has officially announced the Grand Theft Auto VI: Original Score by Justice, confirming that the soundtrack will be released worldwide on December 11, 2026, across major streaming platforms, CD and vinyl.
The announcement follows our earlier discovery of physical editions appearing for pre-order at music retailers across the UK, Europe and United States, seemingly ahead of Rockstar's planned reveal.
The soundtrack has been composed by Grammy Award-winning French electronic duo Justice, consisting of Gaspard Augé and Xavier de Rosnay, and features 30 tracks alongside additional bonus music.
Justice Composed GTA VI's Adaptive Original Score
Rockstar has confirmed that Justice created an adaptive soundtrack designed to respond dynamically to how players experience Vice City and the wider state of Leonida throughout Jason and Lucia's story.
According to Rockstar:
Justice bring their signature sound to this adaptive score, featuring expansive compositions all dynamically tuned to the different ways players engage with the world of Vice City and Leonida throughout Jason and Lucia’s story.
This means the game's original score will adapt to different gameplay situations rather than simply playing a fixed selection of background tracks.
Rockstar has also confirmed that the official album features 30 tracks, alongside a number of digital bonus tracks included across all formats.
Interestingly, the soundtrack's Apple Music listing previously displayed 50 tracks. While Rockstar's confirmation of additional bonus music may help explain the difference, the exact breakdown of the larger track collection remains unclear.
Two Singles Confirmed, Including Tame Impala, SZA and Gesaffelstein
Rockstar has highlighted two tracks from the upcoming soundtrack, both of which are available to listen to ahead of the album's December release.
- Flower in a Hurricane – Justice feat. Tame Impala, SZA and King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard
- Pusher – Justice feat. Gesaffelstein
Flower in a Hurricane was featured in the official Grand Theft Auto VI Launch Trailer, while Pusher unexpectedly appeared on music streaming platforms ahead of Rockstar's official soundtrack announcement.
Rockstar has now formally introduced Pusher as a new single, with fans able to listen to it here.
Three Physical Editions Confirmed for December 11
Prior to Rockstar's announcement, retailers including Rough Trade began listing several physical editions of the soundtrack, revealing their formats, artwork and pricing.
Rockstar has now officially confirmed that the album will be available on CD and vinyl, including a special limited-edition Triple Crystal Clear pressing.
Limited-Edition Crystal Clear Vinyl
Several retailers, including Rough Trade, are offering a special Crystal Clear triple-vinyl edition, described as an exclusive release for independent record stores.
Priced at £49.99 in the UK and $55.99 in the United States, this appears to be the premium physical edition of the soundtrack, with some retailers limiting purchases to two copies per customer.
Rockstar has officially confirmed the existence of this special limited edition, although the company has not specified its total production quantity.
Standard Black Vinyl
A standard black triple-vinyl edition is also available to pre-order from participating retailers.
This edition is listed at £44.99 / $54.99 / €47.99, offering a slightly cheaper alternative to the limited-edition clear pressing.
Double-CD Edition
For those who prefer CDs, the soundtrack is also being offered as a double-CD release.
Priced at £14.99 / $21.99 / €20.99, this is currently the most affordable physical edition of the GTA VI Original Score.

The section includes previews of select in-game radio stations, as well as featured singles from the separate Grand Theft Auto VI: The Album compilation.
The Original Score by Justice and GTA VI: The Album are separate releases, with Justice providing the game's adaptive score while the wider soundtrack compilation features music from various artists.
