Grand Theft Auto VI's first trailer featured the song 'Love Is a Long Road' by artist Tom Petty. As with previous GTA games, songs from the trailer can usually be heard on one of the games radio stations making this the first confirmed song in the games soundtrack.Confirmed Songs in GTA VI

Other Possible Songs
Quite a few songs were featured in the leaked videos, however, many are from GTA V and are likely placeholders to a get a feel for the ambiance. In January 2024, IGN posted an article stating musician T-Pain, who had been active in the GTA V role-play community, was no longer able to participate due to being tapped by Rockstar Games to help out with GTA VI. No details on what exactly his role is, but we can assume T-Pain is either curating music or could possibly be hosting one of the many in-game radio stations.
